Philip Adair is a piano instructor with over 10 years of private teaching experience, and a bachelor's degree in Music Performance from Huston-Tillotson-University (Austin, TX). After moving back to Atlanta and spending several years teaching for several different lessons companies at the same time, while simultaneously teaching a few word-of-mouth students of his own, he developed a lessons program called  Focal Point Piano Lessons.

FPPL is a unique goal-oriented method of music instruction that makes use of conventional piano books such as the Bastien Piano Basics and the Alfred Masterwork Classics, but does not rely exclusively on them. By taking students' individual learning needs, desires, and musical tastes into consideration; and by making use of a fresh variety of  materials, games, apps, and other tools; Focal Point Piano Lessons promotes a fun and fruitful learning experience!

From children as young as four to seasoned adults - from complete beginners to more advanced pianists, Philip's system is designed to meet students of all ages and proficiency levels right where they are and guide them along a passionate learning spree!
